With Mr Helder Pinto
I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, where I am now a lecturer both nationally and internationally.
I value responsibility and commitment. I am a perfectionist by nature and deeply enjoy supporting patients through their health journeys, ensuring a precise diagnosis, management, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal and other related disorders.
I will make sure every patient understands treatment, empowering them with tools for an active participation in their recovery.
Osteopathy is a holistic approach to patient care. I achieve the best results when using a mix of structural, functional and cranial techniques to better create a tailor-made treatment.
Osteopathy works with the structure and function of the body and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together. I have experience with a wide range of ages and pathologies. I have supported patients with sports-related injuries, chronic pain management, through pregnancy and post-partum recovery, and general support of babies’ well-being.
Being a father a lovely toddler and teen, I enjoy exploring the world with them. Among my favourite leisure activities are traveling, cycling, theatre, running and water sports in general.
